This course equips those serving in ministry with practices and disciplines essential for sustaining spiritual health and effective leadership. Emphasizing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and pastoral empathy, participants will explore tools for personal reflection and strategies for offering compassionate care to others. Integrating theological insight with practical exercises, the course is designed to foster a deep and enduring connection with God and the communities we serve.
